1. Data controller
The PATNUC Cyber IT platform delivers the pre-assessment test of the Training Programme on IT Security for Government Agencies — IT staff training, owned by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL) through PATNUC, in cooperation with the World Bank. Processing is carried out on the programme's behalf by ITS, the programme's consultant.
2. Data processed
- Identity and affiliation: the identity details entered at registration (full name and requested contact details), staff number, administration and region.
- Demographic data, where requested at registration (sex, date of birth): used for the programme's aggregate reporting and to identify you if you resume your test on another device.
- Pre-assessment test: your answers, the start and submission dates, the result computed for each track and the resulting recommendations.
- Technical data: save timestamps and browser type, to monitor the service.
The platform offers no courses, no certificates and no mobile app. It collects no location, no contacts, no photos and no advertising identifier, and uses no third-party advertising or tracking tools.
3. Purposes
This data is used to:
- let you take the test, pause it and resume it without losing your answers;
- produce your recommendations per track and guide the organisation of the in-person training;
- produce aggregate statistics for programme monitoring (participation, distribution of recommendations by track, administration and region).
4. Recipients
Data is accessible to the programme managers (MINPOSTEL / PATNUC and ITS) and to the trainers in charge of the in-person training. The detailed result per track, which is not shown to you, is used by them solely to organise the training. Your administration may be informed of your participation and recommendations, for training-monitoring purposes.
Reporting shared with programme partners, including the World Bank, is aggregated and cannot identify you. Data is never sold or transferred to commercial third parties.
5. Storage and security
Your answers are saved in your browser as you take the test, then sent securely (HTTPS) to the programme's server. The questions' answer key stays on the server: marking is done server-side. Reasonable measures protect the data against unauthorised access.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to organise the training and monitor the programme, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable obligations.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and deletion of your account, by writing to the address below. The procedure is described on the account deletion page (in French). Data stored in your browser disappears when you clear the site's data.
